These are 7/8” diameter drafting tape circles, labels, stickers… from the highly sought Keuffel & Esser Company.

K&E was headquartered in Hoboken, NJ, and eventually in Manhattan. They provided mechanical devices including the slide rule along with drafting tools and papers. K&E is a very popular line of products with artists and junk journal makers, and these labels are the icing on the top!
